ORANDA provides in-house handcrafted/ hand-finished jewelry made from genuine materials, including sterling silver, gold-plated silver, and 14k/18k gold. Our materials are highly valuable with consistent quality and ethical labour practices
Never worry about how to repair your piece.
Though lots of love and care goes into our jewelry to make sure it’s built to last, we know accidents happen — and for that reason, Oranda provides professional after-sale maintenance service. If you notice any issues with your piece — such as excessive tarnishing or discolouration, brokenness, loss of shape, or requires a refurbishment, we’re happy to fix or replace any and all of our pieces for you.
90 Days Warranty
We are happy to help our customers to feel confident in wearing our jewelry pieces with a happy Warranty. The warranty cover includes the parts and labour necessary to fix problems that occur during normal usage of the jewelry and may not applies to the selected jewelry with 90 days. It is not transferable to other jewelry items purchased or refund for cash.
*Complimentary services include one (1) time free of charge cleaning, re-polishing, claps replacement, shortening of bracelets, resizing or re-shanking of rings, repair of broken chains, broken earring posts or similar repairs, replacement of lost or damaged stones.
How We Collobrate
1. The Creative Brief & Consultation
Your journey begins by submitting the detailed inquiry form below. If your project aligns with the studio’s design ethos, we will invite you to a private digital consultation to dissect your concept, aesthetic references, and structural requirements.
2. The Studio Deposit & Materialization
To protect our artisans' labor and secure raw materials, all approved commissions require a 50% non-refundable studio deposit before drafting, sketching, or 3D prototyping begins.
3. Forging & Hand-Finishing
Once designs are locked in, your piece enters the fire. Hand-smithed in our Malaysia studio, casting and raw texturing methods, please allow a 4 to 6 week production window for bespoke items.
4. Studio Completion & Delivery
Upon completion, an imagery of your finished piece will be sent to you. The remaining 50% studio balance is cleared, and your custom heirloom is securely shipped to your door, complete with a signed certificate of authenticity.
