Matterial matters. ORANDA provides in-house hand smithing jewellery made from genuine materials, including solid sterling silver and 14k or 18k gold. Our materials are highly valuable, our labor practices ethical, and our quality consistent.
Plated jewelry is the best option for wearers who are jewelry obsessed but need to stay in a budget. Plating is a method of depositing a layer of metal onto the surface of another metal through an electrochemical process. ORANDA uses gold plating to enhance the appearance with a gold tint and durability of your jewelry pieces.
Your ring should fit your finger comfortably; snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle. If you don’t know your ring size, we recommend having a local jeweler measure your ring size based on the Asian Sizing or measure by using string. Please refer to the Jewelry Sizing Guide for more information.

Production (Estimate 5-7 Working Days) + Delivery (1-3 Days) - Production & Domestic Deliveries from the point you place your order it can take up to 7-10 working days and in some extreme cases a day or two longer and depending on which town/state you are. - *Orders are not proceeding/shipped on the weekends or holidays.
We can’t offer same-day or next-day delivery for all personalised item, except for ready stock item and rush order is upon request. Please put in your requested delivery date on the Notes Section at checkout or contact us in prior in the chat box to arrange. We will do our best to accommodate you, but can’t make any promises.

It depends on where you are. Your Order will be processed typically within 1-3 days for normal ready stock order and 5-7 production working days for custom order before delivery.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-15 days. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Additional delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Unclaimed Parcel - If the parcel being returned to our warehouse due to unclaimed from customer, customer has to bear for the postage charges for the second delivery. No refund allowed for the ordered item.

Exchange & Return
Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns and requests, all earrings, Personalised & Customs Items, Special Orders, discounted, promotional or sales items and E-Cards are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. They are considered to be final sale.
Typical exchange or refund scenarios that will not be accepted include: - If you have entered the wrong order details such as, crafting words, product details, or shipping address. - If you have selected the wrong color/ size/ chain option and length/ design item/ quality. - Damaged experienced to your item/s incurred by the wearer.
Gifts are only eligible for an exchange if accompanied by a receipt. And gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
If something unpleasant happens, we would love to get things right. We offers Free Exchanges or Refund Credit for any faulty items including in all their original receipt and packaging materials within 10 days from when your package was delivered.

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, we do ask for up to 48 hours to be able to process on your request. For exchanges, we will send your new piece/s out in 3 days when we get the returned items and email you a tracking number.
No. Only IRON rusts. However, Silver and Gold can be dirtied when it reacted with the pollutant in the environment, makeup, beauty products or other substances. And minor tarnishing occurs dependent on the skin ph and care habits of the wearer. We recommended for professional cleaning a twice yearly.
ORANDA silver jewelries are generally fine to wear it everyday; showering & washing, water safe jewelry. The soap and water can even help wash away any residue from your skin and dirt in the air that can cause your pieces to look dull. If you wish to maintain the high-gloss shine silver effect, try to avoid from swimming pool, salt water, hot tubs, gym room or hot spring.
For well-maintained, we recommend best to remove your plated-jewelry/ any statement piece during sleeping, showering or physical activities.
Your silver is going to change color over time, but how quickly it changes depends on how often you wear it and the chemicals you expose it to. It’s the chemicals in different types of water that can react with the silver. If you slip up it’s probably not the end of the world - most color changes that occur do not imply “damage,” and can be cleaned at home, and worst case can be cleaned professionally.
Our advice is to wear your silver jewelry (the oils from your skin help keep it clean), and do the best that you can to avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals. When you aren't wearing it, always clean with mild soap and water after wearing before store it in a sealed plastic bag in a dry place.

It depends on how the jewelry is maintained and whether you wear it constantly. If the piece experiences significant wear, the good appearance may last only a fairly short time and you can come back to us for re-plating service. (Note: Plating on a ring will normally wear off much faster than plating on a pendant because a ring constantly rubs against fingers and objects throughout the day.)
Pour a small amount of mild soap into lukewarm water and use a small, soft toothbrush to clean your jewelry. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry with intricate details, which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove, soak the jewelry in clean water. Getting your jewellery professionally cleaned once a year is a perfect way to keep it looking its best. However, using a tumbler cleaning with any Plated jewelry is not recommended.
A silver-polishing cloth / microfiber is a great tool to make your sterling silver jewelry shine again if the pieces have become dull. However, it will not remove scratches. A complimentary Silver-polishing cloths will be provide with any purchases from ORANDA store or your local goldsmith.
Great care should be taken when cleaning plated jewelry to protect the surface from being worn away or nicked. Every after use, clean your plated jewelry with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt it has acquired. Gently rubbing the surface of your rose gold / gold plated jewelry using a soft jewelry cloth also helps restore shine. If your jewelry needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water. Be sure it is completely dry before storing.
Warranty & Repair
Never worry on how to repair your pieces. We do provide Lifetime Maintainece. ORANDA jewelry is of the highest quality however, from time to time, there may be the need to repair or restore pieces.
Every purchase comes with a warranty of limited one-time Free maintained services if your piece is faulty, broken or requires a refurbishment within 90 days from the date issued. A nominal price will be charge subsequently depends on the material, the content size of the jewelry, the level of difficulty of repair, and the cost of replacement parts.
Please contact our Customer Care team for more details on the cost and launch a case number, after which we'll have your item sent to our studio for an assessment and then returned to you normally within 3-5 business days.
